Overall Satisfaction with ServiceNow Orchestration

We have been using ServiceNow Orchestration in our organization for implementing digital transformation for our various clients to drive value faster, ease their workflows and have a single truth for all their configuration management purposes. The areas of problems faced by our clients in their ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Financial Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Security Operations and multiple other areas are easily resolved using ServiceNow.

  • The user interface of service now is not very savvy.
  • The speed is good but slows down on queries sometime.
  • They can add more screenshots to their websites support pages.
  • Helped us improve our savings on Incident Management.
  • Helped us improve our savings on Change Management.
  • Helped us improve our Configuration management.
ServiceNow is more feature-rich with built-in integration to various modules providing more value than HPSM7. ServiceNow is also much cheaper compared to HPSM7 when it comes to implementation across larger groups. ServiceNow is a leading provider of cloud-based services holding more market share than any other cloud-based service providing the same services.

ServiceNow Orchestration is best suited for almost all organizations. Their IPC modules are best suited to control their operations to achieve maximum efficiency and since everything is cloud based the easy of mobility helps the clients to get maximum value for across the globe operations. I think only place where it is less appropriate would be places where buying the license is more expensive than the business goal example if the organization is very small.
