Overall Satisfaction with SmileBack
SmileBack is used to get clients' feedback on the support tickets we have with them.
- SmileBack has significantly increased the amount of feedback we recieive

- Nitpicking here, but reporting could be a bit better.
- SmileBack lets us filter reviews by a technician, letting us see how our techs perform. We also share with them so they know where they stand.
- Negative reviews lets us know where pain is so we can right our wrongs.
We used our ticketing system's internal feedback option and we only got a few reviews a year. With SmileBack, we get several a day.
