Overall Satisfaction with Take Command Health
In my experience, employees that don't email back. I honestly think your platform is pretty confusing, and if you have inactive employees that never even sign up we continued to be charged every single month and you don't even have the decency to credit. I asked for just credit for this and the answer was a big NO! I think that's horrible! Really hurts small businesses like me.

- In my experience, will choose to chat you back instead of email, which means you don't get a response
