Overall Satisfaction with TaskMongoose

We use it to collaborate as we are all remote. We use it within our team and cross functionally to keep tasks on track and make sure we are on schedule. It helps us organize projects, assign tasks, and keep things moving.

Pros

  • Assign tasks to different users
  • Build out and follow timelines
  • Track progress of cross-functional initiatives

Cons

  • Would appreciate color coding of types of projects
  • Better reporting to show how long each step took to complete
  • We've been able to finish tasks quicker, it's hard to measure the exact ROI, but it's increased our efficiency
It's very easy to use and to train other employees on
