Overall Satisfaction with TechOwl Shield

We use TechOwl Shield in our organization called THE RAJKOT COMMERCIAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD and we use this product to get real time alerts and our brand protection. It helps us fix are issues quickly and keeps everything Secure.

Cons

  • Alert System, sometimes it send too many emails for low-risk alerts
  • TechOwl Shield cut our security incidents by over 40% and help us to save time and stay audit ready.
  • A negative impact has been occasional false alerts, which can lead to wasted time checking non-issues and distract from real threats.
I am giving this rating because, the real time alerts and the real time monitoring i can overview easily with severity level on TechOwl Shield dashboard and they have best support team.
