Overall Satisfaction with LivePerson CTI Platform (Tenfold)
Tenfold is currently being used by our support and development team. Problems we have been able to resolve are retention for consumers, and time management.
Pros
- Supply notes for each account which integrates with salesforce
- Accountability
- Easier to resolve concerns
Cons
- Initially the support needed when we first got started was not there
- Application crashed in the beginning a few times
- Tenfold has had a significant impact on how we do business and the ability to properly provide our customers with accurate information.
