Overall Satisfaction with TidyCal
I use TidyCal to let other people know what time I am available for a meeting so that they do not have to connect to me every time they want to schedule a meeting. This avoids wastage of time for me as well as for them and makes the process more streamlined.
- Booking with day of the week and time range.
- We can let people know agenda in advance.
- We can create questions necessary to answer before scheduling a meeting.
- There is a learning curve it takes some time for new user to understand the process.
- UI can be made attractive.
- Integration with other video conference tools like Amazon's chime
- Some ready to use templates.
- Selection of date and days for booking.
- Existing bookings can be updated easily.
- Saving of useful business hours.
- Things can be planned in advance.
- No important issue is missed.
In Google Calendar, we can't do advance booking. First, we have to collaborate on confirming a time suitable for everyone before scheduling a meeting this may lead to time waste for all the parties, this problem can be solved with the help of TidyCal resulting in better time management.
