Overall Satisfaction with ToutApp
We use ToutApp throughout our sales departments. It helps speed up the sales cycle by identifying which prospects/customers are viewing our emails.
- Easily integrates into Outlook and Salesforce
- Very user-friendly
- Real time tracking
- Sometimes formatting in ToutApp doesn't translate perfectly into Outlook.
- The location where emails are opened is deceptive because it doesn't reflect the actual location of the individual.
- ToutApp has had a positive impact on my overall business objectives by being able to target engaged prospects and follow up with the less engaged prospects.
ToutApp was deployed to our entire department at once. They're friendly and responsive support team has done an excellent job of addressing our questions in a timely fashion. It's been easy to operate as a user.
