Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck
We currently use TweetDeck to manage multiple accounts, and to follow particular hashtags.
One of the problems it addresses is that at times we need to have multiple users logged in, and interacting from different accounts. Tweetdeck allows me to run the app on different computers while making it easy for our employees to access the accounts, without having to log in/log out. It's a simple app, very easy to set up and use which benefits those that are not as tech savvy as others.

- Simple to use
- Multiple accounts can be accessed at a time
- It can get a little "busy", perhaps simplify the design.
- Make the columns resizable by user, rather than have them all the same width.
- Improved social response time.
I also currently use HooteSuite to manage over multiple sm channels, and dedicate tweetdeck for events or twitter discussions that do not branch into other channels, because I often need a multiple channel manager.
