Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle is primarily use to provide rewards to our top performers in form of vantage points. We also use it for providing exclusive offers to the employees. Vantage points can be readily redeemed in form of anu vouchers and hence it is much useful to the employees as they can redeem it in their favourite brands.

This removes the hassle of providing any brand vouchers which can be redeemed only in that brands. But in Vantage Circle the points can be redeemed in any brands the user wish and it is very quick.
