Offer employees an incentive on monthly, quarterly performance as It is easy to use and very user friendly, not just this but variety of options available for user for redemption of points.

It is very well suited, as it is having lots of option for point redemption and it is very easy to use, as there website and App both are user friendly, Not only this but i had a very good experience with their customer support team.
