Great site to reward the employees in the organization which has lot of choices to select from
Pros
- Has many vendors to select from
- Ordering a voucher is straight forward
- Voucher is shared to us immediately
Cons
- gift vantage option could be included
- Can revisit the number of points vs the amount and can increase this if possible so that one point qualifies for more amount
- Points should never expire
- Rewarding with points

- rewarding team on time
