The best part about Vantage Circle is that it motivates you to appreciate and reward good work in the workplace, which motivates our subordinates and peers to do perform better.

Pros

  • Very straightforward process to redeem points
  • good partnerships with great brands to redeem points

Cons

  • The Vantage Circle emails are hard to navigate as there is no direct link provided to the homepage of Vantage Circle
  • Not much scope for networking aside from just seeing appreciations and rewards
  • Appreciating and rewarding good work
