Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
My manager gives appreciation and award through Vantage Circle. To access my all appreciations and awards I use this product.
Pros
- I can manage all my recognitions given my by seniors on single platform
- I can easily purchase any voucher using my available vantage points
- I can easily appreciate any of my team member
Cons
- There should be some way so that we can filter out who can provide winner circle point
- Provides wallet from where we can easily redeem our points
- Provides platform which ranks the employees based on total rewards received at organization level
- We can we easily appreciate our team mates through this platform and also do redeem easily, this makes people happy.
