Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle can be used to award and recognize employees. Vantage Points can be awarded in form of bonuses, gifts, awards etc on a plethora of occasions. It grants the employees the flexibility to choose their own rewards as per their requirements and wishes. Employees can convert their vantage point gifts into gift cards and thereby make the rewards be useful.
  • Vantage points can be converted into numerous gift cards of choice.
  • It provides additional discount to employees in form of offers and vantage points cashback.
  • Immediate purchase and activation of offers.
  • It could onboard more variety of gift cards
  • minimum VP for conversion can be brought down lower from 50
  • Some offers are not working

Some scenarios where Vantage Circle is well suited are: As gifts to employees on several occasions such as festivals, birthdays, milestones, firm celebrations, holidays etc. It is not suited in scenarios where the vantage points are added to the taxable income and may attract higher tax if they bring employees taxable income from one tax slab to a higher one.
