Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Here in my organization, Vantage Circle is used as a platform to reward employees. Adding Vantage points to the employee's account instead of sharing particular gift vouchers is a good way of presenting rewards.
  • Acts as unified platform to buy vouchers for almost all shopping stores
  • Gives best deals and offers for multiple websites
  • Allows and promote to donate to sites like Donorkart
  • UI - Redeem should be the first screen or the landing page, in my opinion
  • Collaboration - Still some stores are missing like Zara
  • User can also be made allowed to transfer vantage points amongst themselves
  • Acts as a wallet to hold points and use it when needed

Most of the shopping sites/platforms are already in the list, and I've used it majorly to buy amazon vouchers, which is good. But the application was less intuitive, I had to read the steps on how to redeem points. And I didn't find some of the stores of my choice.
