Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for AWS

We can do all of the restoration processes as if we had the CDs locally, we can restore the VM using AWS Storage Gateway. Cloud Tier/Capacity Tier is the ideal option to send data to AWS with Veeam since it is significantly more convenient in both backups and restores.

Pros

  • It's fortunate that we're using AWS Storage Gateway.
  • It will be interesting to see what happens with Cloud Watch.
  • Backups are much faster.

Cons

  • The documentation needs to be enhanced.
  • There should be more video tutorials available.
  • More marketing campaigns are required.
  • the most cost-effective use of AWS resources,
  • increased backup availability and time savings when managing backups with veeam
It serves its purpose for the time being.

Veeam and AWS Storage Gateway Integration, The advantage of AWS Storage Gateway is that we can restore the VM, a single disc, a few files, and so on as if the discs were local. I didn't go above and above while setting up a Veeam copy task, but here's the result of a quick full copy of a VM to this new repository.
