We internally use Veeam to backup our internal servers, and we design and deploy it for our customers. It is a comprehensive backup solution that allows granular recovery of files and application data for VMs, as well as replication. It solves problems for data protection and disaster recovery. It is easy to use and maintain.

Veeam is very reliable as a backup and replication suite. It is also very easy to use. The only two areas where it doesn't fit well for Hyper-V and VMware environments are places were additional technologies are required to backup massive amounts of VMs, and customers that need to backup physical machines other than Windows 2008 and newer.
