Overall Satisfaction with Vembu BDR Suite

The platform could use a UX upgrade but it’s effective and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
I recently had to engage with Vembu’s remote support and engineering teams to assist with a complex data restoration. The support teams were professional and well informed and turned a dire situation into a successful restore. My experience with Vembu’s technical teams surpassed my expectations and I am very happy with the results.

We are a MSP and support various platforms from our clients. Vembu is one of them.
We are only exposed to their physical BDR platform - StorGrid. I cannot comment on their virtualized solution.
The file compression appeared to be quite effective at over 100%.
The product I’m familiar with (StorGrid) is a solid solution for direct offsite backups.
