Overall Satisfaction with Workbooks

Workbooks is most effective across the whole organisation. Anyone that has contact with any prospects or clients should be using the system. This enables everyone in the organisation to have a complete picture of any contact with that person or business. This results in efficiency and better customer service.

Cons

  • Enhanced outlook contact synchronisation - which is under way
  • Complete client profiling
  • Greater opportunity visibility acrioss the practice
  • Effective campaign management
Salesforce, Pivotal and Sugar. I find Workbooks much easier to use and more efficient.
Confidence in the product going forward and the support that is received
Drill into use of use and flexibility. Software needs to be intuitive and easy to use for all levels of user. Screens are all tailorable and configurabel so you can tailor the screens for each user.
