Overall Satisfaction with Citrix Virtual Apps

XenApp is used across our entire organization. Almost every department has users who access at least one application via Citrix XenApp. XenApp allows us to quickly give users access to applications without having to install it on the user's PC. It also allows the users to access their applications from anywhere and from any device.
  • Scales easily
  • Flexible
  • Reliable
  • New versions of Xenapp always bring new and different challenges (bugs) that must be resolved. So upgrading from version to version can be painful (though that could be said of any application).
  • Easier for our IT department to get users the applications they need quickly.
Some applications do not work well in a multi-user setup. But as long as your application can be run on a server by multiple users simultaneously, it may be a good candidate for XenApp.
