Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

We use Zscaler Internet Access with an always on approach to provide all of our employees with secure access to the Internet

Cons

  • Logging resolution time
  • Consistent policy creation templates
  • Reduction in cost by simplifying multiple tools into one
As an admin, I appreciate the ability to customize things for our users. For example, being able to redirect to our own internally hosted block page to better describe why the user isn't allowed to access a site and what they can do internally to gain access
