Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access
Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) are our main source of protection for our office and mobile workforce. With the ability to have consistent policies regardless of the users location, makes the management and ensurance of the efficacy of our users being protected on many levels.
With many 3rd-party integrations also being deployed within Zscaler, we are able to leverage additional capabilities with other security technologies we have in place.
Overall Zscaler Internet Access as a critical part of our infrastructure has provided us with peace of mind that we are able to provide the consistent level of security posture to our users.

- Inline SSL inspection for all traffic
- Ability to scale very easily

- More direct 3rd-party integrations with major security vendors
- Ability to save queries when review logs
- More intuiitve filtering/sorting for logs
- Ability to maintain a consitent security posture across all users
- Ability to perform SSL inspection inline without the procurement/configuration/use of additional hardware
- Being able to provide our users an "always-on" remote accesss solution which not only provides a better level of secure access, but ensures that our users are able to access those secure resources.
