AskSpot is an AI agent platform built exclusively for e-commerce businesses. It automates customer service interactions across live chat, email, and marketplace inboxes - handling product questions, order management, and support ticket resolution without human involvement.
How it works
The platform consists of two modular components that can be deployed independently or together.
The Chat Agent embeds on your storefront and acts as an always-on product advisor. It pulls live data from your product catalog to answer detailed questions on specifications, availability, and delivery, guides shoppers through purchase decisions, and handles post-purchase interactions including order modifications, return requests, and payment retries. It also includes proactive engagement triggers - activating on cart pages, search results, and no-results pages to reduce drop-off and increase conversions.
The Inbox Agent connects to helpdesk platforms and marketplace inboxes, reading incoming tickets, classifying request types, fetching data from connected systems, and either resolving tickets autonomously or generating structured draft replies for human agents to review.
