CapaSystems

CapaSystems A/S is a Danish software company that has developed endpoint management software since 1996 — more than 30 years in the same discipline. We work from Taastrup outside Copenhagen and serve IT departments in the public sector and in large private organizations, in Denmark and abroad.

Three products

• CapaOne — our cloud-based endpoint management platform. Patching, OS deployment, admin rights management, mobile management, and vulnerability insight, from one EU-hosted console
• CapaInstaller — on-premises unified endpoint management. It consolidates administration of computers and mobile devices, so an IT department can delegate daily tasks to other departments without losing control
• PerformanceGuard — performance analysis from the end user's perspective. It identifies problems before they reach productivity, so decisions rest on measurements

rather than assumptions.

How we work

We are Danish-developed and Danish-owned, and our software operates under Danish and European law. There is no sales layer between the customer and the people who build the product: a feature request or a hard technical problem reaches a developer, and Danish support means the caller speaks to a technician who knows the setup.

Many of our customers stay with us for twenty years or longer. They meet each other in the CapaSystems User Group, where the product roadmap gets discussed directly with the people who write the code.

As a Danish company, we take on apprentices and interns, and we build teams from people with different backgrounds.
