FlowMate

An automation layer built directly inside Claude

FlowMate lets a user describe a business process once, in plain language, and turns it into a Flow that runs across the apps a team already uses: creating records, updating fields, and routing work, without a separate builder or script to maintain.

How a Flow starts

• Assisted: the user asks for it inside a Claude chat.
• Automated: a trigger fires on its own, for example a new form submission or a deal stage change.
• Supervised: the process runs automatically but pauses for a review step before the final action goes out.

What sets it apart from typical no-code automation tools

• Agent steps inherit the same Skills and Memory a user's Claude already has, so a lead gets qualified or a message gets drafted the way that specific team actually works, not by a generic model.
• Flows carry configured business logic, such as routing by territory, scoring by signal, or mapping the right field, rather than just calling a tool.
• Setup takes a single prompt. No visual canvas, no node graph, and no code.
