Gradient MSP was founded by former MSPs (most recently, Passportal) with a simple vision: how do we make the channel better for everyone?
We started by solving the one thing EVERYONE hates and EVERYONE needs: billing reconciliation. The Synthesize platform connects MSPs to the vendors behind their tech stack, eliminating the chaos driven by having multiple tabs open, trying to match contracts to consumption. Instead, users synch to their PSA (we support 9 of the best), map service offerings, and can then review everything in a simple, intuitive interface that allows them to easily identify most and least profitable services, bulk reconcile where no discrepancies are found, and discover - and RECOVER - revenue that has gone unbilled.
In the fall of 2022, we added another module: alerts. Rather than trying to stay on top of alerts across multiple email accounts and other monitoring consoles, users can again synch and map the alerts that matter to their business to the appropriate ticketing queue. Alerts then appear within your PSA, in a standardized format, ready to be actioned.
The impact of these two modules can't be overstated: they literally help MSPs save time and recover money - both of which matter now more than ever.
