For reserved seating organizations, subscribers can be renewed into the same seats for the next season through an automated renewal process.

ThunderTix includes flexible promotional tools such as coupons, promo codes, and automated group discounts based on user-defined rules. Marketing and audience feedback can be tracked with custom surveys, including post-event surveys sent after a performance to measure patron satisfaction.
AI event marketing tools help venues quickly create event descriptions and promotional content for their live events. ThunderTix also offers an MCP Connector for Claude and ChatGPT, allowing teams to create custom reports, ask questions about event performance, and generate visual graphs from their ticketing and event data.
Gift cards are fully integrated, with redemption and balance tracking for future ticket or merchandise purchases. Customer loyalty features allow venues to reward patrons based on purchasing thresholds.
Venues receive proceeds through nightly direct deposit from their chosen payment gateway rather than waiting until after an event takes place. ThunderTix offers a 14-day free trial, which can be extended while an organization prepares for an upcoming season.
