Velaro Live Chat is designed to be easy to implement (you basically just need to copy and paste code), and easy to customize, to conform with your own company's or website's branding and to satisfy your website conversion priorities (e.g. proactive chat vs. click-to-chat). Velaro also contains substantial advanced features in areas such as reporting, routing, and third-party integrations. Presently, Velaro is able to integrate with several CRMs, ecommerce platforms, help desk software solutions, Google apps, and other communication tools (e.g. Vonage).
