Vlocity is an industry cloud company, meaning they develop CRM add-ons, built on the Salesforce platform, to provide industry-specific functionality around things like omni-channel communications, benefits and promotions, and order and service management. They focus on industries where customer satisfaction is typically low. Currently, Vlocity offers four industry apps: Communications & Media, Insurance, Health Insurance, and Public Sector.
