I really liked Ceridian's platform but I think it was too large and too expensive for our sized company. Paycom had a decent platform but we were just not comfortable with the salesperson who was selling it. Paychex is obviously a provider for very small companies.

It's been wonderful having payroll, HR, Time, and Benefits all in a single application. I don't have to guess which system I need to use for these because they're all together on Ceridian Dayforce.
