Vertical Response - I Love It!
May 16 2014
It sends email to your supporters email address and Facebook inboxes. It has a nice drag and drop interface, but you can also use HTML. Good selection of templates. It would be great if it were integrated with LinkedIn and Instagram.
Easy for a Novice!
December 13 2013
For entry level email marketing professionals, Vertical Response's simple dashboard, fast search features, and easy of use make it a great choice for organizations with a limited budget.
Underwhelming, but it works.
December 4 2013
Integration with Salesforce is a plus, and there are some good templates to get started. However, the user interface is very clunky and unintuitive.
Vertical Response as Email Marketing Solution
December 6 2013
Vertical Response is a cost effective option for consolidating marketing across multiple properties. The API is a great way of allowing users to send mail directly from VR or from our in-house application which is connected through the API. We would like to see more granularity around opt-out messages.
Small Business Friendly, Lacking Tools for Growth
December 5 2013
Vertical Response has great templates that do not require HTML skills. I has a simple user interface and it's quite easy to do basic things like upload lists and manage contacts. But the product does not offer any marketing automation features or even list segmentation.
Vertical Response works for SMBs
December 4 2013
Cost was a big factor in the selection of Vertical Response. It is very user-friendly and intuitive, and has reduced the time we have needed to take to manage our email marketing. It would be good to have more sophisticated multi-variate and A/B testing capabilities and easier integration with 3rd-party tools.
Vertical Respnse Review
December 4 2013
Vertical Response is a very strong product and it was great for keeping a DB of customers and creating online signups. I would like to have access to more templates and a better editor for the web-based email.
VR is a cost efficient tool, great for email marketing starters
November 26 2013
Vertical Response is a good email platform and has increased our lead generation. Analytics are very helpful for tracking engagement and social sharing is quite easy to use. Email templates are hard to customize and the WSYIWYG is a bit limiting.
The Best SMB Email System on the Market
July 17 2013
Vertical Response is a great email platform enabling a 12% conversion rate on campaigns. Excellent integration with Salesforce and great usability. Reporting could be better.
Easy Set Up & Integration with Salesforce
May 17 2013
Vertical Response was selected over MailChimp and ExactTarget because of seamless integration with Salesforce, cost, feature set. Strong points are point and click integration with Salesforce, and tracking of email receipt in the constituent Salesforce record. Some minor issues around updating existing email lists and with images in cloned emails but, overall, the products intuitive, and easy-to-learn with strong product support.
Switched from Salesforce for simplicity, cost.
December 31 2012
Board Director at a small nonprofit replaced Salesforce with Vertical Response for contact management / email marketing as Salesforce was too complex for an organization of this size. Vertical Response works very well and is free for nonprofits.
VR - Infrequent user integration with SFDC
December 13 2013
Vertical response's integration with Salesforce, pricing model, and ability to track data makes it a great solution for a low volume sender.
A Director of Marketing without having to hire one
December 13 2013
Creates professional looking email marketing campaigns, efficiently tracks contacts and generates usable reports and analytics. It could have better integration with social media and more intuitive design features.
Vertical Response, an excellent service for managing corporate and SMB mailing campaigns
December 13 2013
An excellent service for in-house or SMB mailing campaigns. However, there are many other competitors that provide the same functions, level of service, and pricing.
Great service for small businesses that want to look really professional.
December 4 2013
This is s more professional tool than many generic free tools and provides good email templates. It's generally easy to use, but requires some HTML knowledge if you stray from the standard templates.
Vertical Response Rocks!
December 4 2013
Very easy to use, inexpensive product with good templates. SOme formatting issues, but overall a great product for small businesses.
Vertical Response; Great tool if it meets your requirements
December 4 2013
Vertical Response is a good starter email package with good deliverability, integration with Salesforce and customer support. However, limited functionality is unlikely to appeal to companies with more advanced requirements.
Vertical Response Keeps Your Biz Climbing
December 4 2013
Vertical Response has good list segmentation capabilities and is easy enough to use even for novices. Navigating support options can be tricky.
Vertical reponse made a HUGE difference in my department !
November 26 2013
I use Vertical Response mostly for tracking response rates on deparment surveys. The reporting is very good and the product is easy to use.
Vertical Response a Winner
July 15 2013
Great mass emailing tool with easy-to-use templates. Great customer service. Excellent value for money.
Dynamics CRM can be extended to support your business
December 9 2013
Good integration with other Microsoft products makes this tool easy to learn. The user interface can however be quite clunky, and it does not have a good out of the box mobile functionality.
CRM can it truly help manage your sales in your own way or is it just another clunky Microsoft monster?
December 4 2013
Microsoft Dynamics is a great product for processing, tracking, and managing the sales process. It's easy for end-users to navigate and the ease with which the system can be customized is impressive. Workflows are also great for automating manual processes. One issue is the difficulty of editing JavaScript within the application. It would be nice to have a JavaScript editor in the product.
Why Microsoft Dynamics CRM Takes the Lead in CRM's
November 26 2013
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has a powerful workflow engine and seamless integration with Outlook which really help s capture all customer integrations. Tight integration with Excel is also very strong. The mobile tablet version for CRM 2013 is great, but lacks a usable GUI for easy consumption. Social pane is great, but inflexible.
Guaranteeing Implementation Success with Microsoft Dynamics CRM!
November 27 2013
Integration with Outlook is a huge advantage which radically streamlines communications. Very easy to create dashboards which really drives a more efficient sales process. Access from smart phones leaves a lot to be desired (although 3rd-party apps help) and the user experience is only replicated on a Surface tablet rather than an iPad.
Nice tool with a few minor errors
November 26 2013
Microsoft Dynamics is a great platform for a call center. Integration with Outlook is extremely helpful and ability to customize is also great. However, reporting is not detailed enough, and the UI is not very friendly when Outlook is not used.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - The good, the bad and the ugly
November 26 2013
Microsoft Dynamics is a good CRM and we are happy overall. Tracking, filtering, reporting are handled well and finding duplicates is also easy. We would like to see some improvements though. In particular, email campaigns should be easier to use and more flexible. They are hard to set up and we would like to be able to throttle email sends.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Growth for your Company.
December 4 2013
Dynamics provides access to all the customers across the organization, regardless of geographical location. It's great to be able to build a personalized dashboard and to have access to all activity across the company. Customer qualification was a little cumbersome and report creation could be easier.
Microsoft CRM 2011 Review
December 4 2013
Microsoft Dynamics allows us to better manage our sales process. It is easily customizable and has a robust API so that we can connect to 3rd-party applications. Some parts of the UI are not entirely intuitive.
MS CRM Dynamics - basics are there
December 4 2013
Although the basic CRM functionality is there, and the product has good de-duping and workflow capabilities, it also has serious shortcomings: reporting is limited to 10k records at a time, forcing us to export data to Excel; forced upgrades break existing functionality.
As said many times before..."CRM is a journey" and Dynamics CRM is a nice way to take it...
November 26 2013
Dynamics CRM Online a view of business development opportunity across the firm. Tight integration with Outlook is great, although the Outlook client can be buggy, and integration with tablets is also strong. Onboard reporting and charts/dashboards could be improved from a usability / visualization standpoint.
I've used salesforce as well... still prefer MSCRM.
November 26 2013
Microsoft Dynamics improved customer service and internal efficiency. It's very easy to customize without the need for much IT help, and the workflow functionality is incredible. It would be nice to have native integration of a bulk email tool. Also, calculated metrics are not as simple as I would like.
Dynamics CRM - a product that actually gets used by the sales team!
November 26 2013
I love the integration with other Microsoft products - especially Outlook and SharePoint. It's also very easy to customize the platform. Sles process guidance built into the product is also very helpful. Setting up goals for regions or teas is a little more complex that it should be Also, creating custom reports is cumbersome.
Great one stop stop company and product
December 10 2013
Versatile product which can be adapted well to different contexts, e.g. to support vertical market vernacular. Easy to use interface and Outlook integration considered a plus. Increased lead conversion 30%.
Frustrating at times, but has potential.
December 4 2013
It works well for tracking my opportunities in one place and it's great to be able to access across the web (although our internet connection is too slow). Integration with SharePoint and Outlook is tricky and the software is hard to learn.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Review from a Beginner
November 26 2013
Easy to add leads via Excel CSV file and the product ties together our marketing efforts making them more effective. However, it's difficult to tie marketing efforts back to sales revenue to see the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Dynamics CRM Review
November 26 2013
Microsoft Dynamics is a highly customizable product that now works very well on on tablets and smart phones. It has a user-friendly UI and is reasonably priced.
CRM great for reporting and analysis
November 8 2013
Microsoft Dynamics is great at reporting and data storage, but the email capabilities are relatively weak. It would be nice to be able to include a screenshot in the body of an email.
Mary Gownley's CRM Review
November 8 2013
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is excellent system for tracking emails to accounts, making it easy to find a past reference. System can be slow to use though due to the number of fields to be completed in emails.
CRM Review
November 8 2013
Reporting capabilities to track employee activities are good, although they could be more user-friendly. We did not see good ROI from this tool as it seemed to slow the team down.
