This has made it easier for event management teams to keep everyone informed in real-time, resulting in smoother operations.
Efficient Incident Management: Several reviewers have appreciated the ability to have a record of any issues that occurred during the event using Blerter. This feature has greatly helped with incident management and resolution, allowing for quick response times and effective problem-solving.
Convenient Document Upload: Users have praised the feature of being able to upload documents for use onsite without having to carry hard copies. This convenience provided by Blerter has saved time and effort, making it more efficient for event organizers to access important documents on their phones or tablets.
