We've quarterly internal audits within the team and then internal audits from cross-functional. This required much time to prepare documents, version control, changes and improvements from previous audits, and further process changes. Diligent One Platform not only made this work easy but also made us ready for external audit and confidence in team members not to worry and focus on further improvement in the process. Dashboard tracking and monitoring helped to support changes further.
It has better reviews than any of the competition and provides more features and dashboards for tracking and monitoring. Though the Initial investment was high, the benefits of compliance, BCP, and risk management helped to make the decision.

Experience with Diligent HighBond
Majority of our team uses as an interface to track all of our sox controls and related details. Further, we submit our control evidence monthly to support our year end audit on controls over financial reporting. I've recently begun exploring some of the advanced features such as analytics and other tools to support our growing internal audit function.

- Tracking request submission to a specific month can get tricky.
- Sometimes takes a little extra effort to match an email request to the correct request in the interface

I'm excited to learn about the dashboards and have the ability to provide management with important information to support decision making. Currently, our sox program is in the early states and this tool will be key to supporting our compliance initiatives. As of now, our primary use for most team members is tracking our sox controls and submissions.
I'm excited about diligent due to the fact that they provide many tools to support compliance through use of analytics and testing processes. We also use FloQast, for which I'm an advocate for, however I'm not sure they have expanded yet to support analytics and testing. I don't have any further experience with other products.

HighBond tool is having the ability to automate and possibility to include audit data from different sources. It helps to analyze the real time reports for better decision making. Making dashboards is easy, we can check the regulation and risk profile properly.

It is a powerful tool for analytics and it's easy to use and I like the many features such as issue tracker, a story board. It helps us to streamline the audit process and compliance programs as well in a single platform. This tool will save our organization an incredible amount of time and money.
