Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

  • As I earlier stated Druva is a product that does not require much maintenance. I do not have to go in and check my backups often. This has saved myself and the company a lot of time.
  • Unlike other products that we looked in to, Druva is a credit based system, meaning you pa for what you use and not a high priced license fee where your data is capped or if you do not use its potential you feel like you paid for something you did not fully use.

  • It is like insurance, better if you don't have to use it, but if you have to, you have a place to retrieve your data. Priceless.

  • A positive: We are using less than expected storage within Druva thanks to the deduplication.
  • Not needing to buy external hard drives/NAS devices for backups helps us to be more green.
  • The peace of mind that comes from having a cloud solution.

  • Our ROI has increased due to the combination of having fewer backup solutions and cheaper storage per TB than previously relied upon vendors.
  • Peace of mind that it works well and can be relied on when needed

  • This is a necessary service to keep your information safe. I would not say that there is a tangible ROI unless you reach a point where your server gets attacked and wiped-out. Then, you can recover your information in an easy manner, which could represent a potential several-thousand-dollar savings.

  • The positive impact is peace of mind that our data is safe and secure.
  • The negative impact is that back-ups are very much like insurance. You are betting something bad will happen. The full cost benefits will not be apparent until something happens and the backup is needed.

  • We had miscalculations one the amount of storage we would use. Additional storage can get expensive.
  • We have had to restore files and entire systems with 0 issues.
  • Easy to set up and learn. Very little training needed unlike other products.
