Sched is an event management software which enables users to manage events in one place using a range of features including event scheduling, speaker management and sponsor management, plus calendar sync, digital signage, attendance management, and event website management. Sched also provides users with personal mobile apps and an agenda builder. It serves as an event platform for small teams and keeps everything in sync automatically.

The Sched event website showcases event details and works on increasing event registrations. Digital Signage technology serves to display the event’s schedule on monitors and projectors placed across the event. The friend finder feature highlights friends attending the event, and Twitter Feeds keep the conversation lively and engaging. The attendance management feature lets users reserve their spot and join the list for workshops with limited spaces. Users can save time by enabling speakers to manage their own sessions and upload their presentation resources directly to the app.

Sched also helps users increase sponsorship opportunities by supporting 8 ways to feature their logo across the mobile app, reminders, and website. The Eventbrite ticket sync incorporates attendees into the software, controlling what they can add based on their ticket.
