Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

The 8x8 is used in the company by our team of operators to make and answer calls and send messages. There are some inconveniences at the moment of activating the messages, this can take from 2 to 4 days.This causes us inconveniences and delays in the responses to our customers.

  • When updating the desktop application, notify me of the update, because it stops working out.
  • The application must allow the operator's status to be modified by the administrator (busy, available, etc).
  • This is sometimes necessary because the operator is usually set to busy.
  • It can be said that the value of expenses incurred in 8x8 is covered by the sales made using the application.
  • the use of calls if it is used to make sales in the company
In this case for the company there is another application called Zoho Voice, but it is not very useful, although it is true that it makes calls and sends messages but it does not meet the user's expectations for the following reasons: Because Zoho Voice does not allow mass messaging like 8x8 does.It has a limit of recipients to send messages and make calls.

I do recommend the use of the application to others, the only thing they should do is to take into account the inconvenience of users and try to solve them, in this way each time their application would be better recommended to others. And they would no longer have the same inconveniences
