Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
The 8x8 is used in the company by our team of operators to make and answer calls and send messages. There are some inconveniences at the moment of activating the messages, this can take from 2 to 4 days.This causes us inconveniences and delays in the responses to our customers.
