Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Our organization uses Adobe Acrobat in order to view, to edit or to create a variety of PDF documents. Some of them serve as documentation serving various purposes, while others are forms that are then automatically sent to be digitally signed. We also use Adobe Acrobat to modify existing documents based on the needs, as long as they are not locked.

- Reliability and stability, particularly when it comes to the application's windowing (frames, sizing, etc...) and interaction with the operating system.
- Accuracy when it comes to performing some term searches within a document ; for instance, for truncated words at end of lines or words with accents, capitals, special characters, etc...
- Resources consumed by the application so it remains lightweight and efficient.
- Additional improvements may be achieved when it comes to ease and speed of deployments, particularly from scripted environments.
- Sudden application crashes or errors due to unknown application bugs.
- Significant room for improvement of the intuitive and ergonomics factors, particularly when it comes to using the editing tools. For instance, to add text or objects within a document, the toolbars should be easier to use.

Reputation, legacy and compatibility are fundamentally important factors. Also, some of the products in the line are free (Reader) while others are licensed (Pro). Lastly, the ability to digitally sign and request signatures makes transactions significantly more efficient.
- From a business and personal perspective, it has become a necessity and cannot really be avoided because of our reliance on it.
- It allows to significantly reduce the use of paper, ink, mail and faxing as everything can be done digitally.
- It is so wide-spread worldwide that it's assumed everyone will be able to easily access and freely PDF documents.
Focusing on security is the absolute minimum expected from Adobe when it comes to Acrobat, just like any other product. Therefore, it is critical for Adobe to ensure that its digital signature features cannot be compromised. Likewise, its cloud-based services need to be extremely secure in order for customer data integrity to be guaranteed. Software running on users' computers must also be solidly dependable so that no leak or interception of data can occur at any time.
Both products provide somewhat distinct benefits to varying degrees, so both are complementary and needed. PDFill tools allows to further manipulate PDF documents, such as for example automate the splitting, merging or rotating of PDF documents. PDFill tools is not used to create or edit documents or content, but rather simply to manipulate pages after documents have been created by Adobe Acrobat.
