Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe is our default and preferred PDF viewer and editor. I use it literally every hour of every day to work on estimates, specs, marketing, and sales documents, and to get deals closed remotely with e-signing. Everyone knows and uses Adobe, especially in the post-2020 pandemic world working more and more remotely.
  • Document viewing and organizing
  • PDF editing
  • Electronic signing
  • Converting files to PDF
  • Electronic Signature functions sometimes require multiple sign ins
  • More functionality or options in PDF editor would be nice
  • Not a huge issue - But several of my clients have had issues with E-sign on MOBILE devices. Maybe there is room for improvement there?
  • Electronic Signatures
  • PDF editor
  • PDF Organizor
  • PDF converter
  • Increased Sales for sure! I don't know how my Sales goals would have faired through 2020 COVID without the electronic signature functions and safety.
  • Increased productivity - Our team understands the tools and how to use them effectively now. Our daily use of editing our docs is a breeze.
  • Reduction of errors - Over the years, Adobe's organization tools and converting tools have made my job way easier. Gathering all our files into each project (I'm in the construction industry) is much easier for our team to get done without mismanaging info.
There are plenty of more elaborate and creative functions that could get confusing. But, by and large, all the functions of Adobe are straightforward and simple to use for everyone. I needed my own fair share of help to get going and not long after that I was assisting our team on how to do things faster and easier with the Adobe tools. This was particularly true with Electronic Signatures helping my Sales Team keep going in the middle of the COVID pandemic.
We're doing well! So far so good! Haven't had even the slightest whiff of any security issues or data theft or the like. Thank you!
I've had very little interaction with these other three, PDF Studio was probably the most I've played with. But honestly, I just wasn't impressed really. Not impressed enough to see much of a difference or improvement. Adobe has always been the chosen one for our company so maybe I am just biased! But really Adobe is great and we have no reason to test the waters elsewhere now.

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Especially in my field of SALES, being able to get signatures completed and deals closed is much easier to do with Adobe. PDF viewing, editing, organizing, etc. are all great on this platform as well. My team goes through dozens of documents daily and Adobe affords us the tools to get it all done in the same way so we all stage on the same page. I'm sure there are other good programs out there. But Adobe is the name everyone knows and I've yet to find another program that is any significant improvement.
