Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We create, distribute, manage and print various documents, including process documents, training documents, and technical documents. PDF format is the most widely used document format for all our internal documents. The 3 most important business problems the product addresses are: portability, versatility, and ease of usage. Adobe Acrobat DC is easy to learn and easy to use, it creates documents that are portable to many hardware platforms, works with a wide variety of software applications and systems, and has functionality that supports our needs.

It gives users a seamless experience across many devices, from desktops and laptops to tablets and smartphones. It is easy to learn how to use and once you learn on one platform, it is relatively easy to adapt to a different platform. This versatility saves time and money and allows efficient use of existing resources
Adobe's security standards, especially the availability of organizational policies and user policies, have enabled our organization to protect sensitive documents while allowing a secure workflow. This enables our organization to create a user security policy as well as policies for secure file attachments.
Adobe Acrobat DC offers many features including ease of use and greater versatility. Adobe's feature set is great and Adobe's customer support consistently delivers good support.

Adobe Acrobat Pro is well suited for most (if not all) types of environments and scenarios, regardless of the size of the environment or complexity. If the job has anything to do with a document, then Adobe Acrobat DC can do it. From collaboration to sharing to security, Adobe Acrobat DC can do it. There are very few scenarios that are less appropriate, but I can't think of any. Maybe write a 2 sentence note to yourself. In that case, just use a notepad.
