Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We are presently wrapping up implementation for Core HCM. We had a phased approach to our implementation which has been both a blessing and a curse. Dayforce has given us the best insight in to operational concerns that need both immediate and long-term attention.
- Providing employees with the best visibility to their records.
- Allows for a company to house the entire employee life-cycle electronically.
- The reporting feature is very robust though can be challenging if one does not know the back-end for advanced purposes.
- Effective dating can cause an issue when mass importing data.
- Retro functionality when importing time during a prior pay period.
- Working on streamlining our business practices.
- Hopefully will see a reduction in the reliance of paper processes.
- Hope to see a reduction in manual processes.
Dayforce as a whole is giving us a better eye of operational concerns.
The HCM is giving a 360 degree view that our company has never truly had.
Though there have been headaches, the application is giving us and our employees a greater mode of data integrity.
