Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We originally went onboard with D&B Finance Analytics to increase the efficiency of our credit underwriting process. Unfortunately, it was only used to receive online credit applications which only a few came through.
- D&B Report and Application all in one place
- Easy to navigate through the applications
- D&B Finance Analytics link never sent the user directly to an application, but to the main page
- A feature where a credit application can be sorted by certain locations and then forwarded to the proper analyst
- D&B Finance Analytics has not been used to the point where we can generate KPIs from it
Decision maker was not used, but we are still heavily relying on their reports which capture a majority of our customer base.
