Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
This is a powerful tool to address the concerns for the PLP, incentives and the performance payouts we will be getting. One can easily track his/her performance accordingly on real time basis.
It works as to motivate the employs to work more harder to get the maximum outputs from their efforts. Earlier we have to make the sheet on ourselves and to calculate every time, now from this platform we are able to get the real time numbers. Even this platform is having timing ranges to see our payouts e.g. monthly, weekly and yearly basis as well. This tool also helps us to see the previous performances we have done so that accordingly we can plan our next goals.
