I use Everstage on daily basis to track my Incentives and performance. It is helping me in improving my performance month on month as i am able see the graphical representation on monthly and quarterly basis.
I am able to track my refunds and able to track my incentives after my refunds.
It is a user friendly product and i need not depend on anyone.
