We use Keywords on community signage for the developments we are advertising for. Consumers text the keyword to the number on a sign to find out about a home or the community. We also use it for realtor events to text event reminders to realtors who RSVP'd to an event.

Yes, it was easy to set up WHEN you could actually call in and speak to someone. Now, in my experience, it's almost impossible to speak to a rep.
