Guru is our one-stop shop for all customer-facing knowledge that our CS and sales teams use on a daily basis. We had the standard set of problems that growing organizations face: lots of knowledge, no standard place to put all of our knowledge, knowledge changing by the day, lack of confidence among customer-facing teams in the knowledge they found. We implemented in CS and sales to solve all of these challenges.

Guru is the most cost-effective solution for our business. Other tools have a lot of bells and whistles but you pay dearly for them and the sales team may not even know how to use them.
