Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities
Connecting members with various groups and products that are bought and sold. We use this for data research and sentiment of new features and existing ones as well.

- More out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Faster turnaround on support tickets.
- Track web traffic.
- Better visibility into customer issues.
- Helps with resolving issues faster.
We have been able to better track customer metrics and gage when and where an issue may occur. This also gives us direct feedback from our customer base without the need for many surveys to be sent out.
This helps take a load off of our direct employees that help manage the boards and be better able to work with product managers to help improve the platform.

This has helped evolve our process of being better for our customers. We can now see where we have shortcomings in some products or features easier and help resolve them faster to increase customer satisfaction.
We have not seen any for our communities.
We use Khoros exclusively.
