Khoros is like a powerful tool made for big companies, and the cool thing is it can grow with us. Being an "enterprise-level" solution means it's all set to handle the big and complex stuff that comes with our company getting larger. The best part is its scalability, so as we grow, Khoros can smoothly expand to handle more users, engage our community better, and adapt to whatever new things we're up to. It's like having a solid and flexible support system that's ready for whatever our growing business throws at it.

The scalability of Khoros Communities is proportional to the growth of our company, it is very easy to work with Khoros according to the increase in our user community and this is very positive for our aspirations in our logistics system and also for the increase in sales, it is also considers the suggestions of our clients and partners and we do this with Khoros to reduce administrative expenses in technical support, marketing is also essential to improve the scalability of the company thanks to the fact that advertising is done by our clients and they recommend our services directly on the platform. of Khoros.

I would be given 7 out 10 as the Khoros Communities has Strengths of Efficient customer service through community self-service and Strong community engagement features however Complex interface for some users, and is sometime Lack of certain features you consider essential Limited integration with existing systems.

I think I would give Khoros an overall 7, while there were things we really liked about it. I also saw things that just did not work well for us. We like using iG but it was not the friendliest in using it on that platform. Sometimes the software would glitch or lag which is not helpful during high critical moments.

Its scalable database and API calls enable scaling to any number of users easy. I don't think it has scaling issues because it can manage mega-corporations with millions of users. Since we started utilizing Khoros with thousands of consumers, expansion is easy.

Our team has hardly encountered any limitation when it came to the scaling our community initiatives on the platform, time factors aside. While our team has been on the small side and remained as such, Khoros Communities has proven to a great solution for our game development needs. We were rather impressed with how Khoros Communities has helped us handle the increase in user engagement. This aligned really well with our different needs, be it for feedback, troubleshooting, suggestions or beta testing.

It has its own scalable database and API calls which when done well can scale to any number of users with little or no effort. I have seen it handle communities of some very big companies with users in millions with ease, so I don't think it has any major issue with scalability.

Implementation involves a lot of thought and consideration as you are making business decisions that impact how every incoming conversation is handled. It does take some time and effort, but our Khoros team was incredibly helpful as they walked us through all the possible scenarios and why we may prefer one setup time over another. The involvement from any other teams on our side (for example, IT) was minimal.

The ability to scale to have multiple forums is great. The support we receive is the part that doesn't seem to scale with such slow turnaround times for many of our cases. Overall I like working with the platform and look forward to scaling even more when we use less code which means we could handle more customizations ourselves.
