The Khoros crew was kind, informative, and energetic. I consider them unmatched. The system's emphasis on communal behavior is a plus in my book. Khoros crew values community. The Khoros ethos of community (and care) lets us provide the finest experience.

Khoros Support always responds and checks in after an issue. Our customer success account manager collaborates with Khoros support. When we required help with platform technicalities or adding functionality, we called Khoros support.
Analytics show engagement program and post results. Community problem-solving is managed by moderation. Analytics show gamification and other engagement tactics work. Although Khoros didn't provide moderation, I've been using bulk archiving from early days. Also automated settings and active customer participation on Khoros Forums help us fulfill SLA.

Community activity involvement has increased. Players become more engaged when they may climb the ranks and earn points for their participation. The super user application is working great. While rising in the leaderboard ranks validates our top users, we haven't altered it to match our needs. Thus, customer service can be more flexible and ongoing.
