Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite

I have just launched an email newsletter called Living After 60 and am using the free version of MailerLite to build my mailing list and handle newsletter mailings. I just launched this project so my needs are simple at this point. I hope to grow so that I need a paid version of MailerLite.

  • Great customer support
  • Really can't think of anything right now.
  • Starting from zero with MailerLite so I cannot measure impact.
I selected MailerLite because the free version has all the capabilities I need now and is not time-limited. The paid versions are much more reasonably priced than competitors. I plan to upgrade to the paid version soon so that was a key concern for me. MailerLite lets me get started and grow as needed.

I have the free version and was having trouble authenticating my domain so I could use MailerLite. I emailed customer service on Friday evening, not expecting to hear from them until at least Monday. To my surprise, I had a response Saturday morning. The response listed three things to try. The third option solved the problem.

MailerLite's customer service is as good for free users as it is for paid users. They are great to deal with.
